Payment by Credit Card

Using your payment notices customers can pay their invoice(s) via credit card. Card information will be saved for future payments and can be updated (using the links in your payment notices). Please contact BorderConnect Billing Department if you would like to be set up for automatic payment.

Payments made through the BorderConnect website using the Make a Payment link will not store your card information.

Online Bank Payment

Online bank payments can be made through your bank's website or app, and is available through CIBC, RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, and most credit unions. When searching for a payee from your banking app, search for "Border Connect" or "Borderconnect". You will be prompted to enter your an account number, which is found on the top right hand corner of your invoice.

Pre-Authorized Debit

Payments will be withdrawn directly from your bank account on the 21st of the month following the invoice date. Use this link to sign up! Please enter the business name where it asks for Name.

Direct Deposit (EFT) Payment

Bank information is listed below. Please email billing@borderconnect.com if you need a void cheque or a form to be filled out.

Remittance notices should be sent to receivables@borderconnect.com. It's important that the notice is issued for each payment so that it's recorded promptly.
